How long can I expect my new roof to last?
Most roofs are designed to last about 20 years, but it depends on environmental hazards and wear and tear as well as the material of your roof. Certain materials such as slate, clay, and metal can last longer than a traditional shingle roof.

If your roof is over 15 years old, we highly recommend a consultation for roof replacement as well as routine inspections.
How much will a new roof cost?
The cost of a new roof depends on several factors, including the quality and brand of your contractor’s roofing materials, the type of shingle or material you prefer, size of your roof and slope of your roofline.
Remember, the roof is the most important aspect of your home or structure. Turnkey Roofing of Florida does not recommend choosing a roofing contractor based on cost alone. How long will it take to install a new roof?
We estimate around three or four days to completely install your new roof. However, this timeline is subject to change due to material inventory, weather or coordinating with the insurance company.

Kenny and his A team crew did a great job! First day the roof was removed and water proof membrane installed. Second day shingles installed. Looks great. No damage to any plant or anything else on or around the house. Everything was cleaned afterwards and potted plants returned to original locations.
